What we collect
When you order a listing kit we collect what you give us in the flow: your name, email, phone, brokerage, the property address, any listing links, the media you upload, and the email address you choose for tour requests. When a buyer submits a tour request or a buyer's agent uses a share link, we collect what they enter on that form and pass it to the listing agent.
Traffic measurement
Property pages and QR codes record basic visit data — page views, QR scans, the traffic source, referrer, and browser type. This is what powers the seller traffic report. We use Google Analytics for site measurement and our own first-party event logging for listing pages. These are estimates of traffic, not audited counts.
Services we rely on
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and pages, stores uploaded media, delivers our email, and provides bot protection (Turnstile).
- Google Analytics measures site traffic.
Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party advertising or share your information with anyone beyond the processors above and the parties you'd expect (a tour request goes to the listing agent; a share-link entry is logged for the listing agent's report).
Retention and removal
Order records, uploaded media, and traffic data are retained so your kit link keeps working and reports stay accurate. Want something removed — media, a page, or your whole order? Email us and we'll take it down.
