What HelloListed is

HelloListed is a marketing service for real estate professionals. For each listing you order, we produce marketing materials — which may include a property page, a shareable media kit, QR codes, and traffic reports — based on the information and media you provide. We are a service provider to agents; we are not a real estate brokerage, we are not your agent, and we do not advertise, list, or sell property ourselves.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to market the listing and the rights or license to every photo, video, and file you upload. You are responsible for your own compliance with MLS rules, brokerage policies, and advertising regulations that apply to you as an agent. Materials we produce are prepared at your direction and published under your name and brokerage.

Ownership and license

You keep ownership of everything you upload. HelloListed retains all rights to the materials, designs, templates, software, and pages we create. We license those creations to you for marketing the specific listing you ordered them for. You may share them freely for that purpose — including through the media-kit share link — but they may not be resold, re-templated, or used for other listings or other businesses without our written permission.

Who can use the service

We reserve the right to decide who can use HelloListed and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, orders we can't verify, content we're not comfortable publishing, or misuse of the service. If we cancel an order before doing the work, we refund it in full.

Payments and refunds

Orders are paid per listing through Stripe. There are no refunds, with one exception: if your listing is canceled before our service is rendered, contact us and we will refund the order. Once our service is rendered — the work is built and delivered — no refunds are given.

The service itself

We work hard to keep pages, kits, QR codes, and reports available and accurate, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. Traffic numbers in reports are estimates based on the measurement described in our Privacy Policy and should be treated as directional, not audited figures. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
